September 27, 2017 marked the ceremonial groundbreaking for the start of construction of Ivy Station, a 500,000 sf urban infill project along the Metro Expo Line. The program included remarks by Culver City Mayor Jeffrey Cooper and Culver City Community Development Director Sol Blumenfeld.
Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects designed the five story, 200,000 sf state-of-the-art office building on the campus which will front Venice Blvd. KFA Architects designed the boutique hotel and apartment buildings, while RELM landscape architects led landscape and master planning.
