We are pleased to announce the completion of phase 1 of The Press – an innovative, urban scale, adaptive reuse project located in Costa Mesa, CA. Developed in partnership with the development-, operating- and investment management firms Steelwave and 5 Ronin, EYRC re-envisioned the former Orange County newsroom and printing facility of the Los Angeles Times into an expansive, contemporary, and amenity-filled creative campus, preserving a majority of the existing structure and reimagining the former plant into 450,000 square feet of one-of-a-kind industrial offices.
The Press was recently leased by Anduril, constituting the largest office lease in the last 15 years in Orange County.
