LEAN CONSTRUCTION
As an expert in the Design-Build project delivery process, and together with Project Director Brian Day of Yates Construction and Dr. Barbara Jackson, Director of Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at Denver University, Mathew Chaney participated in a panel discussion on Application of LEAN Construction Principles on October 2. The luncheon - held at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno - was part in a quarterly series of events hosted by the Northern Nevada AIA chapter.
