The Otis College Goldsmith Campus Expansion has received LEED Platinum!
Originally intended to be a LEED Certified project, the design team showed the owner the value of a highly sustainable building. This marks the third LEED Platinum project in the office, and the second LEED Platinum student housing project! Congratulations to the team.
