This mixed-use commercial and office space is located in the heart of the Beverly Hills' Wilshire corridor.
The project consists of 9,600 square feet of retail and 20,600 square feet of office space.
It also includes subterranean parking for 87 stalls.
The project is two interlocking glass boxes, one on top of the other. The retail glass box is below with the two-story office box above. On the prominent Wilshire side, the retail facade steps back so that it is under the cover of the office box above. On the Canon side, the office box steps back allowing for a deck above the retail on the second floor.
