Confidential Automotive Gallery

Housed in an unassuming warehouse on an industrial row, this project contains a one-of-a-kind Ferrari collection alongside a kitchenette/bar, conference area, lounge, and six executive offices. Inspired by the Ferrari legacy of craftsmanship, luxury, and performance, the design weaves together mid-century elegance, Italian heritage, and Southern California industrial vernacular.

The kitchenette/bar and conference spaces are refined counterpoints to the open garage area, which retains its dramatic original timber trusses. The executive offices occupy a steel-framed glass enclosure with a jewel-box quality that contrasts with the volume of the larger space. By minimizing the restroom and kitchenette to the smallest possible footprint, garage floor space is maximized for the collection. A large central communal workspace anchors the plan, flexible in layout and tailored with storage to suit the group’s needs.
